As high as the sky...

Salam.

Today was a harsh day. Or shall I say, hectic?
Always been wondering what its like to be living in Ireland? I always do.
Now,
Wake up in the morning...
Get in the bus... or walk to class. Sit in class. Listen to lecturers,, make notes. Sleepy..?!?

Ever think, whats the difference? Between studying in Malaysia and in overseas? Wanna know what makes us special?

Honestly I dun know. Sometimes, me and my friends talk about how we won't let our 'children' to go study overseas...(stupid idea).. talk about how similar it is, being here or back in Malaysia. Study the same thing...Feels sleepy the same way... Exams the same... Same pressure.. Same stress.

Funny...

How we live in our world.

Funny...

Class early in the morning, until evening... Continue to night. Frequently, we would walk back when its dark. Walking in the middle of the cold..wishing we are somewhere hot.

Funny...

Lemme tell you something,, that is what i call HUMAN>>>
we never appreciate what we have until we lost it. We never realize the meaning of a situation. We forgot to update our mind with time... It is as if lost somewhere in the past.

We are still stuck...in the past.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wassallam) said, "The strong man is not one who is good at wrestling, but the strong man is one who controls himself in a fit of rage."

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

Funnyy,,, how our mind works. Non-appreciative.
This is not the heart of a believer! Ya Rabbi, what have i done!!!

Ya Rabbi, forgive us. Let us be among the people that is listed to be in Jannah. May we be among the small group that succeeds with your test. Let us be among the people that always turn towards you for anything..everything. every little thing.

May Allah help me and my friends... to walk among the westerns here. May Allah guide us and lead us towards Him. May our journey here is blessed. May Allah guide them towards Him and may we be the tool of light for them. May we be a great example..and may our words touch their hearts....

The most important thing ... May we always always... say ALHAMDULILLAH...

Be not afraid... as Allah is with us.

Tips for overcoming PMS for women.

8 Easy Ways to Overcome PMS.

Pre-Menstrual Syndrome, also known as PMS. The reason why I’m choosing to talk is that I feel that it is the first domino that goes down before the rest of them tumble.  Another way that you can think of PMS is as a warning bell.
What I mean by that is if you experience PMS symptoms, that’s a clear message from your body that your hormones are out of balance.  PMS is the first signal. And you better listen to it!
During an ideal month—when you’re exercising, resting, eating well, being creative, and expressing your emotions—you won’t have any PMS. That’s right: zero. Zilch.
Now, I don’t mean that your life needs to be perfect. Ups and downs are inevitable. But how you relate to the tragedies and the triumphs does matter.
When you DO have PMS (think cramps, bloating, migraines, lower back pain, food cravings, breast tenderness, irritability, and moodiness) your periods will be off –and, down the road, so will your whole hormonal system at large. One day this could exacerbate menopause or lead to more serious problems.
So what to do?
Well, I’m a big fan of simplicity. My own journey to healing (I’m only teaching this stuff from experience friends), I’ve found that LESS is MORE.
So, if you want to take your health into your own hands, here are 8 easy ways to get started right now:

1.  Breathe Deeply.
When you’re under stress or rushing around, most likely you’re also holding your breath. Get into the habit of pausing throughout the day to check in with your breath. Take deep, full breaths. Let your belly be soft and full.

2.  Get Moving.

How often do we hear that we need to exercise? It’s true! You have to get in motion, get circulation and energy flowing.  Stagnant energy creates illness. If it’s hard for you to get motivated by yourself, get together with a friend, hire a trainer, take a class, get an exercise CD or video.  But do it!

3.  Step into the Light.

Get outside into the sun—preferably during non-peak hours (before10am or after 2pm). It’s been proven that sunlight helps to harmonize your hormones and relieve PMS.  Enjoy time in Nature. She has a lot to teach us about being simple.

4. Supplement.
If your hormones need more support, take “Vitex” (also known as “Chaste Berry”)  . It’s an herb to gently harmonize the female hormonal system. I take it and swear by it. Try ¼ tsp. of the liquid extract first thing in the morning for 1-3 months to get back on track.

5. Eat Clean & Green.
You are what you eat, ladies! Load up your diet with dark, green leafy vegetables (I try to eat something green with EVERY meal), whole grains, fresh fruits, legumes, and healthy fats and oils.  Cut out all the “white stuff”—white sugar, white flour, and, in my opinion, dairy (at least most of it). Not to mention lots and lots of water. Invest in yourself and buy organic. It costs more, but remember, food is your medicine. If you want your body to be healthy, you can’t be putting poisons (pesticides) in it 3X/day!
6. Remember Cycles.
This is a big one—and an important part of what I teach. You have to let your body and moods move through their natural cycles. Rest at night and be active during the day. Rest during menstruation and be active at other times of the month. Being the energizer bunny is the direct route to burn out.  Take time to notice the moon and look at the stars.
7.  Express Yourself.
Your reproductive organs, at whatever age you’re at, are your “Creative Organs.” Write in your journal. Let yourself create! Write, paint, dance, sing, collage, sew, speak your mind and your feelings. Remember what you loved to do as a child and do it! Keeping it inside only puts a lid on your femininity. It gets trapped and stifled—and then no wonder problems arise.
8. Turn Yourself Upside Down.
Yoga does amazing things for your hormones—and your overall health—as a woman.  I swear by it. Yoga poses remind your body how it was designed to move and flow—and getting upside down every now and again is one of the very best to regulate your hormone.

Places I will definitely visit!

Pamukkale - Denizli, Turki

Pamukkale, meaning "cotton castle" in Turkish, is a natural site in Denizli Province in southwestern Turkey. The city contains hot springs and travertines, terraces of carbonate minerals left by the flowing water. It is located in Turkey's Inner Aegean region, in the River Menderes valley.

Pamukkale is a tourist attraction. It is recognized as a World Heritage Site together with Hierapolis. Hierapolis-Pamukkale was made a World Heritage Site in 1988.

The underground volcanic activity which causes the hot springs also forced carbon dioxide into a cave, which was called the Plutonium meaning place of the god, Pluto. This cave was used for religious purposes by priests of Cybele, who found ways to appear immune to the suffocating gas.

Tadpoles can be found in the pools too!

Marble Cathedral, Rio Tranquilo- Chile.

Chiselled and carved, marble caves highlight the artistic nature of the divine creation is unrivaled.

'It is a unique form of water forming on the marble wall, "said Waidehofer in his book about the caverns, Blue Light.

Visitors to the cavern carved into this water can see the reflection of the blue water reflected off the second largest freshwater lake in South America, General Carrera in Patagonia, Chile.

You'll have a long journey to reach it, but it is always WORTH THE RISK!

This spectacular Marble Cathedral, an intricate system of water-filled caverns, is set in the General Carrera lake in Chile's Patagonia - the second largest freshwater lake in South America.

But to reach this remote place, located in the far southern tip of the country, visitors must fly from the capital Santiago, 800 miles to the next nearest large city, Coyhaique, and then drive on challenging dirt roads 200 miles south to the lake.

'Originally great ice-fields blocked the western end of the lake - today its glacier-fed waters drain into the Pacific Ocean.
'Geologists have a simple explanation for the breath-taking blue of this giant lake.
'They talk of finely ground glacial silt which makes the water an unearthly blue and crystal clear.
'These waters are magic.'

Photography students have travelled from all over the world to learn from Ms Waidehofer about light in what could be the world's most astonishing classroom.
'Since 2003 I have taken many photography students into the caverns and it is always the highlight of their South American voyage,' Ms Waidehofer said.
'The experience is always different because both the light and the water level of the lake are continually changing.
'The experience is always different because both the light and the water level of the lake are continually changing'

 Linde Waidehofer, photographer

'The water itself can vary from turquoise to deep blue depending on the weather and the time of year.
'In early spring the water of the lake is at its lowest point because the surrounding glaciers have not yet started to melt.
'So the light will be reflected in a totally different way than later in the year after the melting glaciers have raised the water level over a metre.
'This changes what the visitor will see from the small boats needed to access these mysterious formations.'

Think You've Seen It All? Watch this...

Cano Cristales River in - Serrania De La Mazarena,Colombia, South America

Cano Cristales or Crystal River of five colors, as it is called by the locals is located in Serrania de La Macarena, Colombia.

Crystal River of five colors, starts at the southern mountain chain Macarena, and flows eastward to its confluence with the river Guayabero. We can see five colors : yellow, blue, green, black and red.

All of them are a waste product of many algae, and depending on the season, color saturation changes.

The water is so clean that the bottom can be seen, but the fish doesn’t live here because of the unique characteristics of the channel.

Recent studies done by local naturalists, showed that the water in the river is so clean, that is practically distilled.

In the river there is no salt and minerals, so it is not drinkable.

Just Look at the Beauties...

Thinkin' about swimming here?

This is just AMAZING for our eyes to see...
